Zsen 30-60kW Three-Phase Photovoltaic Inverter is an industrial-grade core power conversion device customized for large-scale industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic projects.
Covering 30kW/33kW/36kW/40kW/50kW/60kW full power range, it adopts 380V three-phase high-voltage output, integrates dual independent MPPT functions, and supports optional energy storage linkage.
With maximum conversion efficiency up to 99.4%, IP65 protection level and intelligent monitoring, it fully complies with GB/T 19939 and IEC 62116 standards, realizing spontaneous self-use and surplus electricity grid feed-in, and becoming the preferred supporting equipment for medium and high-power photovoltaic grid-connected systems.

1. Product Overview

This inverter adopts a 380V three-phase high-voltage output architecture, which is compatible with the power supply system of industrial and commercial scenarios, ensuring stable and efficient power transmission. It integrates an efficient grid-connected inverter and dual independent MPPT maximum power point tracking functions, and can be optionally equipped with an energy storage linkage module to form a high-power hybrid solar-storage system, which further improves the flexibility and stability of the photovoltaic system. Covering 6 power specifications from 30kW to 60kW, it can precisely match the power requirements of different scales of projects, avoiding the waste of power capacity or insufficient load driving capacity.

2. Core Advantages
2.1 Ultra-High Grid-Connection Efficiency
Adopting advanced two-stage topology and high-performance industrial-grade SiC power devices, the inverter achieves a maximum conversion efficiency of over 99.4% and a European efficiency of more than 99.0%, minimizing energy loss during power conversion and maximizing the overall power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic system. Equipped with dual independent MPPT modules, the tracking voltage range is 80-550V, and the tracking accuracy is ≥99.2%, which can independently track the power generation of two groups of photovoltaic arrays, adapting to complex installation conditions such as different angles, orientations and shading. It supports 2.0 times over-matching of photovoltaic modules, making full use of installation space to increase total installed capacity. With three-phase symmetrical output and current harmonic distortion rate (THDi) <1.5%, it fully complies with strict grid-connection standards and ensures compliant and stable grid feed-in.
2.2 Full Power Range & Strong Load Adaptability
The 6 power specifications are tailored for different scenarios: 30kW/33kW/36kW for medium-sized factories and commercial complexes, meeting the power conversion needs of production lines, central air conditioners and lighting systems; 40kW/50kW for large factories and rooftop photovoltaic power stations, capable of driving high-power inductive loads such as industrial motors and cold chain refrigeration units; 60kW for large-scale distributed photovoltaic power stations and industrial park projects, supporting 125% overload operation for 20 minutes to cope with sudden high-load working conditions.
2.3 Intelligent Grid Adaptation & Efficient O&M
Equipped with intelligent control system, it has reactive power compensation, low voltage ride-through and grid support functions, which can automatically adjust operating status according to grid changes to enhance adaptability. Users can customize power factor and grid-connection strategy. Supporting WiFi/RS485/4G/Ethernet multi-protocol communication, it can be connected to the cluster monitoring platform to realize remote parameter debugging, real-time status monitoring and fault early warning, reducing on-site duty and operation and maintenance costs.
2.4 Industrial-Grade Durability

Made of industrial-grade core components and rugged structure, it has an upgraded intelligent liquid cooling system (40% higher heat dissipation efficiency than traditional air cooling) and working noise <38dB. With ultra-wide operating temperature range of -30℃ to 70℃ and IP65 protection level, it has excellent dustproof, waterproof and anti-corrosion performance, suitable for outdoor installation without dedicated equipment room. 12 layers of all-round safety protection mechanisms (anti-islanding, DC arc detection, etc.) fully guarantee the safety of equipment and power grid.
